Brandy is a Social Media and Web Content professional by profession with a passion for writing and public speaking about the topics closest to her heart. Some of the topics Brandy enjoys speaking and writing about most are adoption, fertility, and special needs parenting.
Over the course of her career, Brandy helped build and promote several online brands that center around families, parenting, fertility, adoption and pregnancy with teams from all over the globe.
Brandy was born, adopted and raised in the Dallas – Fort Worth area, but now calls Bakersfield, California her home, where she lives with her teen-aged son and husband.
She enjoys speaking about various topics related to adoption and offers a varied view based on her experience as an adopted adult and first parent in open adoption. In addition to public speaking and writing, Brandy also enjoys amateur photography and traveling with her husband during his off-time rotation.

Brandy has been actively involved in the adoption community since early 2003 and fully supports open access to birth records for adult adoptees, open adoption and the rights of fathers.
Brandy is currently seeking freelance opportunities that will allow her to continue to be a part of the community she is passionate about while still enjoying the time she gets to spend with her family.
